MORPHOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION
Big tropical tree of the Annonaceae family, with bright leaves, that belongs to the Annonaceae family. It can reach up to 20 m in height. It has large tender fragrant flowers that can be pink, mauve or yellow, although the yellow ones are the best for essential oil extraction. This tree originates in Southeast Asia and was introduced in the Pacific Islands for its scented flowers.

- Colour and appearance: pale yellow to yellow.
- Scent: floral, jasmine.
CHEMICAL FAMILY OF THE AROMATIC MOLECULES: Germacrene D and Alpha-Farnesene
Belongs to the group of Sesquiterpenes.
CULINARY ACTIVITY:
Ylang Ylang chemotyped essential oil is used as a food additive in ice creams, sweets, candies and bakery.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take it always diluted, 1-2 drops in 250 g of nourishment (juice, tea, salads…). Maximum 1 a day. Maximum 1 a day.
