In general, yes. However, if you are taking medication or have a health condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist first. Our products are dietary supplements, not medications.
Orders and Shipping
Orders placed before 1:30 p.m. on a business day are prepared and shipped the same day. Estimated delivery times are: 2–3 business days for mainland Spain, 3–5 days for the Balearic Islands, 5–7 days for the Canary Islands, and 4–7 business days for Europe.
Shipping to mainland Spain costs €3.00 and is free on orders over €30. Shipping to the Balearic and Canary Islands costs €6.00 and is also free on orders over €30. Shipping to Europe costs €8.99 and is free on orders over €60.
Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands. We do not currently ship to Ceuta or Melilla, although we are working to offer this service soon.
Once your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you have not received it within 48 hours of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at clientes@salubell.com.
We use SEUR and MRW for domestic shipments, and UPS for international shipments.
You can pay by credit card or through Klarna. PayPal and cash on delivery will be available soon. All online payments are processed securely.
If your order has not yet left our facilities, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at clientes@salubell.com or call +34 968 12 64 34. Once the order is in transit, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you need an invoice with specific tax information, please provide the details when placing your order or contact us at clientes@salubell.com.
Returns
Yes. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on applicable time limits and conditions. If you receive a damaged order, contact us at clientes@salubell.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos showing the condition of the packaging and the product.
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Salubell covers the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a shipping label, so you will not need to arrange anything yourself.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, but refunds are typically reflected within 5 to 10 business days.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or the issue is attributable to Salubell.
