SALUBELL PHARMA, S.L. ("Salubell") operates this store and website, including the content, features, tools, products and services we offer you (the "Services"). The site is powered by Shopify.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit the Services, make a purchase or contact us. It prevails over our Terms and Conditions on everything relating to the processing of personal data. The use of cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.
1. Data controller

2. Personal information we process
By "personal information" we mean any data that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. Anonymised data is not included. Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may process:
- Contact details: name, postal address, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number and email address.
- Payment data: payment method, transaction details and payment confirmation. We do not store full card numbers, which are handled directly by the payment gateway.
- Account data: username, password, preferences and settings.
- Transaction data: products you view, add to your basket, buy, return or cancel, and your order history.
- Correspondence: the information you give us when you write to us or call us.
- Device and browsing data: device, browser, IP address, identifiers and your interaction with the Services.
Fields marked as required in our forms are necessary to manage your order or your account; without them we cannot provide the service. The rest are optional and leaving them blank has no consequences.
3. Where the data comes from
We obtain your data directly from you, automatically through the Services by means of cookies and similar technologies, and from our suppliers when they process data on our behalf.
4. Purposes and legal basis
- Managing your order and your account. Processing payments, arranging delivery, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining your customer account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Legal obligations. Keeping accounting and tax records, responding to requests from authorities and complying with consumer law. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
- Security and fraud prevention. Authenticating your account and detecting fraudulent activity. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the store and its users.
- Improving the Services. Analysing aggregate use of the store to improve how it works. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Marketing and personalisation. Sending you newsletters and recommendations tailored to your activity in the store. Legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
You can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link in each communication or by writing to clientes@salubell.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Automated decisions and profiling
We personalise product recommendations and marketing communications based on your browsing and previous purchases. This profiling has a purely commercial purpose and produces no legal effects and does not similarly significantly affect you. You may object to it at any time by writing to us.
6. Recipients of the data
We disclose your personal information to the following recipients, always on an appropriate legal footing:

Processors act on our instructions and under a contract compliant with Article 28 GDPR. Independent controllers process your data under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose your data where you ask us or consent to it, in the context of a corporate transaction such as a merger, and where necessary to comply with the law, exercise our rights or defend against claims.
7. Retention periods

Once those periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless it must be kept blocked to address potential legal liabilities.
8. International transfers
Some of our suppliers, in particular Shopify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, together with any necessary supplementary measures. You may ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place.
9. Security
We have adopted technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk in order to protect your information. No system is infallible, so we recommend that you do not send us sensitive information through insecure channels.
10. Children's data
The Services are not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 14. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Your rights
- Access. Find out what data of yours we process and obtain a copy.
- Rectification. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure. Ask us to delete your data where it is no longer necessary.
- Objection. Object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including profiling.
- Restriction. Ask us to restrict processing in certain cases.
- Portability. Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or have us transmit it to another controller.
- Withdrawal of consent. At any time and without retroactive effect.
To exercise them, write to clientes@salubell.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month, extendable by a further two months if the request is complex. We may ask you to prove your identity. Exercising these rights is free of charge and will not result in any detriment to you.
12. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, please write to us first at clientes@salubell.com: we will try to resolve it.
In any event, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If you reside in another country of the European Economic Area, you can find your authority through the European Data Protection Board. If you reside in the United Kingdom, the competent authority is the Information Commissioner's Office.
13. Third-party websites
The Services may include links to sites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or the accuracy of their content. We recommend reviewing their policies before giving them any data.
14. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted on Shopify, which processes information about your access to and use of them in order to provide and improve them. You can read Shopify's privacy policy for customers and, depending on where you live, exercise certain rights through its privacy portal.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will publish the version in force on this page with its date of update and will inform you of material changes where the law requires it.
