Order processing
Orders placed on salubell.es are processed on business days from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 16:00, excluding public holidays in the Region of Murcia. Orders received before 13:30 on a business day will be prepared and dispatched on the same day. Orders received outside these hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number so that you can track your shipment at all times.
Delivery times and shipping costs
The delivery times indicated are estimates calculated from the date of order confirmation and do not constitute guaranteed delivery times. SALUBELL PHARMA, S.L. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, incidents or circumstances beyond its control.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed separately before the order is confirmed. Any discounts and/or coupons applied to the order will be taken into account when calculating the minimum order value required for free shipping.
Shipping to the Canary Islands
Orders shipped to the Canary Islands do not include VAT. Instead, IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) applies and is already included in the final price displayed for the products on our website. Additional customs procedures may apply and shall be borne by the recipient.
Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla
We are currently unable to ship to Ceuta or Melilla for logistical reasons. We are working to offer this service in the future.
Carriers
We work with SEUR and MRW for domestic shipments, and with UPS for international shipments. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers when operational circumstances require it, while always ensuring equivalent delivery times.
Packaging
All our orders are sealed using high-performance gummed paper tape, which is more environmentally friendly than conventional adhesive tape and helps ensure the security and integrity of the package during transport.
Order tracking
Once your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link allowing you to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received this information within 48 hours of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at clientes@salubell.com.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. SALUBELL PHARMA, S.L. shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at clientes@salubell.com, as once the order is in transit we cannot guarantee that the address can be amended.
Undelivered orders
If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery after several attempts, the order will be returned to our facilities. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional reshipping costs, or to issue a refund for the order amount, excluding the original shipping costs, where applicable.
Damage during transport
If you receive an order with visible signs of damage to the packaging, we recommend noting this on the carrier’s delivery note at the time of delivery. Please contact us at clientes@salubell.com within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt, attaching photographs showing the condition of the packaging and the product. We will handle the matter in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
