10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

If you are habitually resident in another European Union Member State, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. If you are resident in the United Kingdom, it does not deprive you of the protection afforded by UK consumer law.

For the resolution of any dispute relating to this website or to the activities carried out on it, the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction where the user is a consumer. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Murcia (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

Please note that SALUBELL PHARMA, S.L. has signed up to the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Region of Murcia (Junta Arbitral de Consumo de la Región de Murcia), which settles financial and similar disputes between consumers and businesses, retailers or professionals. It forms part of the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System, which operates in every Autonomous Community in Spain. If you reside in another European Union Member State, you can consult the list of consumer alternative dispute resolution bodies notified to the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu, or contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) for cross-border disputes. You may also refer the matter to the competent consumer authority in your place of residence.

If you reside in the United Kingdom, you may refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution body or to your local Trading Standards service through Citizens Advice.
