Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a 15-calendar-day return period from the date you receive your order, extending the minimum legal period of 14 days established under Spanish consumer regulations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at clientes@salubell.com before sending the product back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how to return the package. Return shipping costs will be covered by Salubell.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, contact us immediately at clientes@salubell.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it. In these cases, Salubell will cover the return shipping costs and the shipping of the replacement item.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to request a return for the product you have and, once the return has been approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to process and post the refund. If you have not received it within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at clientes@salubell.com.
