Here's how to redeem coupons from our campaigns and what conditions apply to each active promotion, so you can enjoy them with no surprises.
How to use a coupon in 4 steps
Add your products to the cart
Choose the Salubell products you want to buy and add them to your cart as usual.
Enter the code
At checkout, enter your promo code in the "Discount code" field.
Click "Apply"
The associated discount or free gift will automatically appear in your order summary.
Coming from a promotional link?
If you arrived via a flyer, email or social media, the coupon may be applied automatically when you click the link. Even so, make sure it appears correctly at checkout.
General coupon terms
Use and stacking
- Each coupon is valid for one use per order and per customer, unless stated otherwise.
- Coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions or special packs.
- They apply only to the product amount, excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties without express authorization.
Management, returns and availability
- Salubell may modify, suspend or cancel a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
- If you return an order that included a free gift, we may require the gift to be returned or deduct its value from the refund.
- Improper or fraudulent use of a coupon may result in the order and associated account being cancelled.
- If the free gift is out of stock, it may be replaced with another item of equivalent value.
Frequently asked questions
Does using a coupon affect my right of withdrawal?
No. The existence of a promotion or coupon does not in any way affect your legal right of withdrawal, which you can exercise within the periods set out in our Terms and Conditions and our Refund and Returns Policy.
What should I do if I have a complaint about a promotion?
Please write to us first at clientes@salubell.com and we will look for an amicable solution. You can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Can you change the terms of a promotion?
Yes. Salubell may modify, suspend or cancel the content of this page and the terms of current coupons at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed. We recommend checking this page before each use.
What law applies to these terms?
They are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the competent Courts will be those of your place of residence; in any other case, those of the city of Murcia (Spain).
